Quilt-a-pa-looza take 1

Now that our application is in, the next step is our homestudy. Which we have scheduled for MONDAY!!! Super fast! Lots of crazy cleaning going on at our house this week. After our homestudy, comes the waiting process. We could be waiting weeks....or months. Depends on when a birth family picks us.

If you would like to donate to our adoption, I have set up a quilt fundraiser! This is the quilt pattern I have lovingly themed "Good Vibrations." The rows are slightly offset and it looks like the blocks are vibrating....sort of. Anyway, I used a Sugar Pop layer cake by Moda for the front. (for those fabric nerds like me who want to know that sort of thing). The back is some Jennifer Paganelli, Amy Butler and Heather Bailey.

Its machine quilted and hand bound. Been washed and dried and is now soft and yummy and ready to be snuggled. Its good size too. It measures 62x75. Perfect for a twin bunk bed

To win this quilt, just make a donation using the chip-in link at the bottom of the page.

$10-1 entry

$25-3 entries

$50-8 entries

$100-20 entries

$200- 50 entries

I'm only planning to run the fundraiser for about 2 weeks...Chipin wouldn't let me choose a date less than a month away. So....2 weeks!!

If you want to donate and want to know you can walk away with a quilt, I am making custom quilts as part of our fundraiser. Email me at: mindy churchill at yahoo dot com for more info.

Thanks so much to everyone who has been so supportive of our family in our new adventure. Keep on praying for us!

P.S.....there will be a quilt-a-pa-looza take 2.....more details later ;)
